1. About Pyroblast

Pyroblast is a platform that allows streamers to receive donations from their audiences in real time. Users can support their favorite streamers by sending donations accompanied by optional messages.

NO BUYBACK Ltd. is a company registered in Cyprus and operates in compliance with European Union regulations, including GDPR and applicable e-commerce laws.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at      least 16 years old (or older, if required by your country’s laws)
• Agree      to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• For      streamers: have a valid streaming account on platforms such as Twitch,      YouTube, etc.
• Provide      accurate, complete registration and payout information (for streamers)

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring      your data is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Donations

a) For Users (donors):

• All      donations are voluntary and      non-refundable
• You      must only donate funds that you legally own or are authorized to use
• Your      name or message (if provided) may be publicly displayed
• You may      choose to donate anonymously or with a nickname

b) For Streamers:

• You are      responsible for any income      reporting and taxes related to the donations you receive
• You      must provide valid payment information to receive payouts
• You are      prohibited from misleading users about the nature of donations

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Promote      or engage in hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal activity
• Impersonate      others or provide false identity or information
• Solicit money fraudulently
• Upload      or share harmful, obscene, or copyrighted content without permission
• Interfere      with the security, functionality, or integrity of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (excluding user-submitted content) is owned or licensed by Pyroblast Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our website or services without our express permission.

By submitting content (e.g., messages, usernames), you grant us a limited license to use, display, and store that content in connection with the service.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors like PayPal or streaming services like Twitch). We are not responsible for the terms, actions, or policies of these third parties. Use of such services is subject to their own terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a stable and secure service but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We may suspend or discontinue certain features at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pyroblast at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You      engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• We are      required to do so by law or regulation

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not      liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising      from your use of the platform
• We do not      guarantee the success of fundraising or donation efforts
• Your      use of Pyroblast is at your own risk

11. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any legal disputes will be handled by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by law.
