How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal datafrom our systems.

If you would like us to delete your data from pyroblast.com, please follow the steps below:

Who Can Make a Request?

You can request data deletion if you are:

• A streamer     who has registered an account on pyroblast.com
• A user     who made donations through our platform
• A      visitor who interacted with our services and wishes to remove their data

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Please send us an email with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request – GDPR"

Send your request to: info@pyroblast.com 

Include the Following Information:

To help us locate and delete your data, please provide:

1. Full name
2. Email address     associated with your Pyroblast account (or donation)
3. Username or nickname, if applicable
4. Streaming      platform used (e.g., Twitch, YouTube)
5. Whether      you are a Streamer or a User (donor)
6. A clear      request to delete your data under Article 17 of GDPR

Response Time

We will process your request within 30 daysas required by law.
If we need more information to verify your identity or complete the request, we will contact you as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please Note:

• Some      data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax or anti-fraud      regulations).
• Once      your data is deleted, your account and donation history cannot be      restored.
