Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Acceptable Use Policy”) supplements the Terms of Service of NO BUYBACK LTD (“Pyroblast”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and sets out detailed rules governing the acceptable use of the Pyroblast website, applications, community features and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. Behavioural rules specific to community interaction, messaging and User Content moderation are set out in the Community Guidelines, which apply in addition to this Acceptable Use Policy.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension or termination of your Account, and other measures described in Section 6 below and in the Terms of Service.
1. General Principle
The Service may be used solely for lawful purposes, in a manner consistent with these rules, and in a way that respects the rights, safety and experience of the Company, other users, and third parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account, whether performed by you or by anyone using your Account with or without your authorisation.
2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
You shall not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or court or regulatory order;
- infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any person;
- engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity;
- violate the export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
3. Account and Identity Misuse
You shall not:
- create an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity;
- impersonate any individual, entity, or the Company itself, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
- create or use an Account on behalf of a child below the minimum age set out in the Terms of Service;
- buy, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Account to another person without the Company's prior written consent;
- circumvent any suspension or termination previously imposed by the Company by creating a new Account.
4. Technical and Security Misuse
You shall not, whether personally or through automated means:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Account, system, network, or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network, other than through a responsible disclosure programme expressly authorised by the Company;
- introduce or attempt to introduce any virus, worm, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
- perform or facilitate denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the Service;
- circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other technical restrictions implemented by the Company;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, extract, or collect data from the Service, except where expressly authorised in writing by the Company;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Content and Commercial Restrictions
You shall not use the Service to:
- upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of a third party;
- distribute spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications;
- commercially exploit AI-generated outputs, gaming data, or any part of the Service beyond normal personal use, except as expressly authorised in writing by the Company;
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties as a commercial service bureau;
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices appearing on the Service.

6. Enforcement
Where the Company reasonably believes that a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, it may, at its discretion and in accordance with the Terms of Service, take one or more of the following measures:
- issue a warning;
- remove, disable access to, or restrict the visibility of the relevant content;
- temporarily suspend access to the Service or specific features;
- permanently terminate the relevant Account;
- report the conduct to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Where required by the Digital Services Act or other applicable law, the Company will provide a statement of reasons for content moderation decisions and an opportunity to challenge such decisions, in accordance with Section 34 of the Terms of Service.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of conduct that you reasonably believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, you may report it using the in-Service reporting tools or by contacting support@pyroblast.com. The Company will review reports in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
8. Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy
We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our operational practices. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the Terms of Service.

10. Governing Language
This Acceptable Use Policy has been prepared in the English language. Where translations are made available for convenience only, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
