Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 13.07.2026
This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) explains how NO BUYBACK LTD (“Pyroblast”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you access or use the Pyroblast website, applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, including the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in national legislation, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device, and we provide you with the means to withdraw that consent at any time.
Relationship with the Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies. Information relating to the processing of Personal Data collected through cookies is described in our Privacy Policy, including the applicable legal bases, international transfers, retention periods and your rights. Where any inconsistency exists regarding the processing of Personal Data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, to make them more efficient, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software development kits (SDKs) used in mobile applications. This Cookie Policy refers to all such technologies collectively as “cookies”.
Cookies may be “session cookies” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent cookies” (remaining on your device for a set period or until deleted). Cookies may be set by Pyroblast (“first-party cookies”) or by third parties providing services on our behalf or embedded in the Service (“third-party cookies”).
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, setting privacy preferences, or maintaining your session. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law, as they are necessary to provide the Service you have requested.
Examples include:
- authentication and session cookies used to keep you logged in;
- security cookies used to detect fraudulent activity and protect the Service;
- load-balancing cookies used by our hosting infrastructure providers.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies allow the Service to remember choices you make (such as language or display preferences) in order to provide a more personalised experience. If you do not accept these cookies, some features may not function as intended.
2.3 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Service so that we can measure and improve its performance. We currently use Vercel Analytics for this purpose. Vercel Analytics is configured to operate without setting persistent cross-site tracking cookies where technically possible; where any identifier is used, it is treated as Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Analytics cookies are non-essential and are only placed with your consent where required by applicable law.
2.4 Third-Party Cookies
Where you choose to authenticate using a third-party identity provider (such as Google, Facebook, Steam, Microsoft, Apple or Discord), or connect a supported gaming platform account, that provider may set its own cookies in accordance with its own cookie and privacy policies. Pyroblast does not control these cookies and encourages you to review the relevant third party’s policies.
3. Legal Basis and Consent
The legal framework governing cookies consists of both:
- applicable rules regulating the storage of information on a user's device, including the ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations; and
- the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), where Personal Data is processed through cookies or similar technologies.
Strictly Necessary Cookies are used without prior consent only where they are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user or to enable electronic communications.
Where Personal Data is processed through such technologies, the applicable legal basis is described in the Privacy Policy.
Functional, Analytics and any future Advertising Cookies are used only where valid consent has been obtained where required by applicable law.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time by:
- using the cookie preference tool made available through the Service;
- adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies (please note this may affect the functionality of the Service and other websites you visit);
- using available industry opt-out tools for analytics and advertising cookies, where applicable.
Because no universally accepted technical standard currently exists for “Do Not Track” browser signals, Pyroblast does not presently alter its cookie practices solely in response to such signals, consistent with the approach described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Retention of Cookie Data
Cookies are retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were set. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for the period specified at the time consent is obtained, or until you delete them, subject to a maximum retention period of 13 months for analytics cookies, in line with applicable regulatory guidance.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or for legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other appropriate means, and, where required by law, your renewed consent will be sought.

9. Security of Cookie Data
The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data processed through cookies and similar technologies against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. Further information regarding security measures is available in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Policies
Some third-party providers used by the Service maintain their own cookie and privacy policies. Where users interact directly with such providers, including during authentication or while accessing third-party content, the applicable policies of those providers govern their processing activities. The Company does not control cookies or similar technologies placed directly by third parties outside the Company’s domain or infrastructure.
