Community Guidelines

Effective Date: 13.07.2026

These Community Guidelines (“Community Guidelines”) supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy of NO BUYBACK LTD (“Pyroblast”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and set out the standards of behaviour expected of users when interacting with other users through community features, private messaging, profiles, and any other user-facing functionality of the Service (collectively, the “Service”).

These Community Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Our Community Values

Pyroblast is built around a shared enthusiasm for gaming. We want the Service to be a place where users can share achievements, discuss gameplay, and connect with others, in an environment that is respectful, safe, and welcoming to players of all backgrounds and skill levels. These Community Guidelines exist to protect that environment.

2. Expected Behaviour

When interacting with other users, you are expected to:

  • treat others with courtesy and respect, even in disagreement;
  • engage in good faith and avoid deliberately provocative or disruptive behaviour;
  • respect the boundaries other users set regarding contact and communication;
  • give credit where due and respect the intellectual property and creative work of others;
  • report content or behaviour that you reasonably believe violates these Community Guidelines, rather than escalating the situation yourself.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

You shall not use the Service to:

  • harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten another user;
  • threaten violence against any person or group;
  • encourage or promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
  • publish defamatory, false, or misleading statements about another person;
  • engage in hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristic under applicable law;
  • publish sexually explicit material, or content sexualising minors in any form;
  • exploit, endanger, or facilitate harm to minors in any way;
  • impersonate another individual, entity, or the Company;
  • repeatedly send unwanted messages or contact to another user after being asked to stop;
  • coordinate or participate in raids, brigading, or other forms of organised harassment;
  • share another user's private information without their consent ("doxxing");
  • distribute spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes through community features or private messaging.

3.1 Fair Play

Users should contribute to a positive gaming environment. Users should not deliberately provoke conflicts, organise harassment campaigns, encourage cheating or exploitation of third-party gaming platforms, or misuse community features to manipulate rankings, reputation or engagement.

3.2 Respect for Third-Party Platforms

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms, community standards and policies of any connected Gaming Platform.

4. User Content Standards

Content you submit through the Service, including profile descriptions, avatars, comments, reactions, and uploaded files, must comply with these Community Guidelines, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law. In particular, User Content must not:

  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • contain malicious code, links to unlawful or unsafe destinations, or deceptive content designed to mislead other users;
  • misrepresent an affiliation with the Company or any gaming platform provider.

As set out in the Terms of Service, the Company does not routinely review User Content before publication, but may remove, restrict, or disable User Content that it reasonably believes violates these Community Guidelines.

5. Private Messaging

Private messaging is intended for genuine communication between users. In addition to the rules above, you must not use private messaging to send unsolicited commercial content, malicious links, or content otherwise prohibited under these Community Guidelines or the Acceptable Use Policy. Rules regarding the privacy and retention of private messages are set out in Section 11 of the Terms of Service.

6. Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, you can report it using the in-Service reporting tools or by contacting support@pyroblast.com. Reports are reviewed by the Company in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Depending on the severity and nature of a violation, the Company may take measures ranging from a warning to permanent termination of the relevant Account, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and Sections 19–20 of the Terms of Service.

Where required by the Digital Services Act or other applicable law, the Company will provide a statement of reasons for moderation decisions affecting User Content, and an opportunity to challenge such decisions through the process described in the Terms of Service or any applicable Content Moderation Policy published by the Company.

7. Changes to These Community Guidelines

We may amend these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect the evolving needs of the community, changes to the Service, or changes in applicable law. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the Terms of Service.

9. Governing Language

These Community Guidelines have been prepared in the English language. Where translations are made available for convenience only, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Appeals and Review

Users may request a review of moderation decisions by contacting support or using any appeal mechanism made available through the Service. Repeated or serious violations may result in progressively more restrictive enforcement measures, including temporary suspension or permanent termination.

11. No General Monitoring

These Community Guidelines do not create a general obligation for the Company to monitor all User Content or private communications except where required by applicable law.
